We train like machines to win. If you are serious about competitive roller or ice skating, our high-intensity drills will give you the explosive power and technical edge you need.

This is how we build explosive power. I use parachute training to create resistance, strengthening the key muscles needed for powerful starts and maintaining speed. It's a core part of our high-intensity interval skating drills.

Perfecting form is everything. We use slide boards to lock down skating posture and technique, ensuring every movement is efficient and powerful. I always push for "innondu round" to build muscle memory.

Strength and flexibility are the foundation of a great skater. Here, my daughter demonstrates one of the off-skate conditioning drills we incorporate into our training regimen.

Marathon training requires endurance and strategy. Here you can see a group of skaters during a long-distance road race, a different but crucial aspect of competitive speed skating.

About Advanced Training Techniques

We do not just skate circles here. We use parachute resistance drills to build explosive hip strength and slide boards to perfect your aerodynamic tuck. It is hard, it is demanding, and it is the only way to shave milliseconds off your race time. As I tell my students during 'innondu round' (one more round), real speed is built in these drills, not just on race day.

Our High-Intensity Approach

When you train with us, you are not just practicing; you are preparing for a fight against the clock. We treat every session as an opportunity to build power.

  • Parachute Training: We use speed parachutes to create drag, forcing your glutes, quads, and calves to work harder. This builds the explosive power necessary for those critical starts.
  • Form Perfection: We use slide boards to isolate your skating muscles and correct your posture. If your form is off by even an inch, you lose energy. We fix that before you even step onto the track.
  • Race Tactics: Speed is useless without strategy. We teach you how to draft, when to break away, and how to execute a perfect finishing kick. We run mock races to simulate the pressure of District, State, and National selection trials.

The Path to the Podium

We structure our training to take you from a recreational skater to a competitive athlete. We start with stance correction—moving you from an upright recreational posture to an efficient 'speed tuck'. We then focus on stride mechanics, specifically the double-push technique and cornering crossovers, to ensure you can navigate tracks safely and quickly.

Our Training Environment

We operate out of Rajarajeshwari Nagar and Chennammana Kere Grounds. Whether you are in our Intermediate program or the National Level Elite Squad, expect intensity. Our elite squad trains six days a week with video analysis to catch those micro-errors in your form. This is for students who have the fire to chase the dream, even when the pressure is high.
