About Forging Champions: Our Training Regimen
Many students come to us with a love for the sport but need the structure to compete at a high level. We start by fixing your form—specifically your aerodynamic squat and your transition to low-ankle speed skates—before we ever put you on a competitive track. It is about building a solid foundation first, so you can skate harder and faster without risking injury.

The Training Regimen
We split our focus between the rink and the gym. On the track, we prioritize race smarts—mastering the art of drafting, overtaking, and the technical 'double push' movement. Our sessions are high-intensity, mirroring the pressure of real race days.
We complement this with off-skate fitness. You will spend 20 to 30 minutes every session on dryland exercises: lunges, squats, and core-strengthening drills. This creates the leg power and cardiovascular endurance required for 500m+ races. We even integrate agility ladders and resistance training to keep our skaters sharp.

You can find us at the St. Francis School rink in Koramangala or the PLaY Arena in Sarjapur. Our batch sizes are kept small—10 to 15 students maximum—to ensure I can provide individual attention to every champ on the rink.
