About My Journey as a National Champion

Skating at a national level is not just about speed. It is about the 'innondu round' (one more round) mindset. When you train with me, we do not just glide. We use specialized parachute resistance drills and slide boards to build the explosive power necessary to compete for gold, exactly the way I prep for my own races.
