Step into our lab where we blend intense physical conditioning with tactical intelligence. Whether you are aiming for a cleaner smash or just finding your focus, this is where we train, sweat, and grow.

This is how we master the front court. We start with the basics like forehand net kills and progressively add complexity, layering in backhand shots and shadow movements until your reactions are lightning fast. It's about training your body to react without thinking.

To build explosive power for your smashes, we add resistance. This drill focuses on training the snap in your wrist and forearm, turning your strength into on-court power. Every punch counts.

I believe badminton is a mental game as much as a physical one. Here, I break down how the principles of the Bhagavad Gita apply to sports psychology, helping you find your 'why' and conquer the anxiety that comes with competition.

Quick feet are the foundation of a great game. Our agility drills, using cones and ladders, are designed to make your movement sharp, efficient, and natural, so you can cover the court with less effort.

Nothing beats seeing the pride on my students' faces. Here's my gang of young champions after a successful tournament, showing off the medals they earned through hard work and dedication.

Hear directly from one of our players. After just two classes, he noticed a huge difference in his backhand after we corrected his grip. It's these fundamental changes that unlock major improvements in your game.

We're not just a club, we're a tribe built on commitment. Here's our 'Ninja 30-Hard Challenge' contract, a promise we make to ourselves to eliminate weakening thoughts and become stronger, both on and off the court.

This is what it looks like when training pays off. An intense rally between two advanced players, where every shot is a test of skill, strategy, and relentless spirit. This is the level we push for.

About Featured

You have seen the clips—now imagine yourself on the court. My sessions are about 'aerobic chess' where we blend high-speed tactical drills with intense physical conditioning. We don't just teach you to hit a shuttle; we correct your grip, refine your footwork, and sharpen your reaction time so you play smarter, not just harder.

Train Smart, Play Long

At Racquet Ninja, we believe the court is a micro lab. My coaching goes beyond basic rallies. We focus on the 'why' behind every shot. Whether you are a total beginner learning to pinch your grip for a backhand or an advanced player working on deceptive reverse slice drops, we break it down to the mechanics.

What You Get

  • Technique Correction: We tackle the basics first. Bevel and pinching grip mechanics, shadow movements, and proper stance to prevent injury.
  • Aerobic Chess: Badminton is full-body intensity. We use resistance bands for torque and agility ladders for footwork. My goal is to make your movement feel natural and efficient.
  • Controlled Intensity: We train at 5 centers across Delhi NCR, including Ultrex and The Pine Crest School. Sessions are kept to a 1:6 or 1:8 coach-to-student ratio so you get real eyes on your technique.

The Tribe Mindset

Badminton here is never a solo pursuit. From our internal Ninja Leagues to corporate tournaments, you become part of a community that pushes each other. We use video analysis for our advanced students and incorporate sports psychology to help you handle match pressure. Chalo, are you ready to test your limits?

I started Racquet Ninja to build a tribe, not just a club. For me, the court is where we test our limits, figure out our 'why,' and push each other to be better. If you're ready to get out of your comfort zone and find your crew, you're in the right place.
