Building a home is about more than just furniture and finishes. These are the stories of the families I have worked with and the homes we have built together over the years.

After 18 years and multiple projects together, my clients become family. It’s a bond built on trust, understanding their vision, and delivering a home that they love living in. Hearing their kind words makes every project feel special.

I believe in complete transparency, especially with materials and budgets. It’s so rewarding to hear that my clients felt the process was smooth, the quality was excellent, and that the final design, from the lighting to the mandir, has had a positive impact on their daily lives.

A design is truly timeless when it feels as fresh and new ten years later as it did on day one. I was so happy to hear this from my client, for whom I designed a home in 2014. My goal is always to create spaces that last, both in quality and in style.

A year and a half later, this home still feels as warm, cozy, and modern as when we first finished it. I love creating spaces where my clients enjoy spending quiet moments alone or hosting friends and family with pride.

The most honest feedback often comes from the youngest members of the family. Hearing that this little one loves his new room and especially the cupboard that fits all his toys is the best compliment I could ask for.

A living room should be the most versatile space in the house, a place for everything from family meals to quiet reading. It’s wonderful to know that my client's son sees it as a room full of possibilities and fun.

It means the world to me when my passion inspires others. Having my client's daughter visit sites with me and see the design process firsthand is a joy. I love sharing the magic of how colors and textures come together.

My own daughter is one of my most honest critics and biggest supporters. Hearing her talk about my sense of color and how I utilize space reminds me that I'm not just designing homes, but also setting an example of passion and hard work.

A child's study space needs to be both functional and inspiring. I designed my daughter's desk next to a window to give her fresh light and a nice view. Knowing it became her favorite spot during online school makes me so happy.

About From My Clients' Hearts

Clients often tell me the best part of our work is the brutal honesty during the build. If I see a finish that is even slightly off, I am the first to say 'nikal do' (get it out). A home should not just look good on day one; it should feel just as fresh ten years later, and that only happens when you refuse to settle for 'chalta hai' (it is okay) work.

For me, the most meaningful metric of success is not a photo shoot, but the fact that I am still working with the same families nearly two decades later. When Lisa Kothari mentions that I am more like family than an architect, it represents exactly what I aim for. My process is loud, messy, and filled with the dust of construction, but that is where the real transformation happens.

I believe in full transparency throughout the journey. Whether we are discussing material costs or navigating the constraints of a specific site, I bring my clients into the process so there are no surprises at the handover. My goal is to create spaces that serve your life, not just your aesthetic.

We often focus on the spiritual and practical energy of a home. This means ensuring your mandir is a true sanctuary or that your kitchen storage actually makes your daily routine easier. When a client like Annu Singh tells me that her home looks as new today as it did when we finished it in 2014, it confirms that we chose the right materials and design language. Ultimately, I am here to help you articulate your own story through your walls, floors, and every little corner, ensuring that your home feels uniquely and undeniably yours.

I do not just design rooms; I tell stories. My work is noisy and full of dust during the process, but the handover is where the magic happens. I believe in honest, heart-led design where trust is the most important material we use.
