Competitive Bodybuilding: My 20-Year Journey
You see the trophies, but you do not see the two decades of grind behind them. Here is what it actually takes to step on stage.
This photo is a throwback to the Satish Sugar Classic bodybuilding competition in 2010. That's me on the right, holding the trophy. This is a reminder of the long journey and the many stages I've competed on.
Being invited as a guest for the Mr. & Miss North India 2023 championship was an honor. My experience as a 4-time Mr. India allows me to guide the next generation of bodybuilders.
A glimpse from the Sheru Classic 2024 at Pragati Maidan. Attending these pro shows and fitness expos helps me stay updated with the international bodybuilding scene, knowledge which I pass on to my clients.

About The Champion's Journey: My Wins & Experience
Winning on stage is not just about heavy lifting. It requires a specific 12-week peak week strategy, precise water manipulation, and technical posing that forces the judges to notice your physique. My experience at shows like the Sheru Classic and Dominator Classic has taught me that the difference between first and second place is often found in the final details of your preparation.
I started competing in 2010, winning the Satish Sugar Classic. Since then, I have been involved in every aspect of the sport. Whether I am competing, judging, or guesting at shows like the Mr. & Miss North India championship, I am observing what wins and what loses.
The Reality of Competition Prep
Most people get the training right but fail at the finish line. They do not understand how to dry out the skin for maximum muscle definition or how to hold a pose while exhausted.
- Peak Week Protocol: This is where champions are made. We focus on salt loading, water tapering, and final conditioning that separates you from the rest of the pack.
- Technical Posing: If you cannot display your muscles properly under harsh stage lights, you have wasted your prep. We work on your stance and angles so you look correct from every seat in the auditorium.
- Judging Standards: Having served as a judge and guest at major events like the Dominator Classic, I know exactly what the panel is looking for. We build your physique to match those standards, not just to look good in the gym mirror.
This is not a hobby. This is a sport that demands your money, time, and absolute discipline. If you are serious about stepping on stage and ready to put in the work, we can start your preparation.
