About Learning the Ropes: Apparatus Training

It is not just about the equipment; it is about how you learn to use it. At our academies in Dwarka and Gurugram, we focus on safe progression because you do not jump straight into complex flips. We break down every movement on the bars or beam, ensuring your form is 'एकदम' (perfect) before you add speed or height to your routine.

We take our training seriously. Using FIG-approved apparatus is non-negotiable because it provides the same experience as elite competitors. Whether it is a kip on the uneven bars, a steady handstand on the beam, or a powerful vaulting drill, we start with the absolute fundamentals. Our coaches are always hands-on, providing the spotting necessary to keep you safe while you push your physical limits.

It is about building technical accuracy, not just throwing yourself into a movement. Safety is our priority—our facilities are fitted with crash mats, foam pits, and sprung floors to cushion your landings. We operate indoor, temperature-controlled facilities in Sector 24, Dwarka and Sector 87, Gurugram, specifically designed for year-round training regardless of the weather outside.

Why focus on apparatus training?

  • Technical Precision: Each piece of equipment demands a different kind of strength and focus.
  • Safe Progression: We use foam pits and coaching assistance to ensure you master the basics before attempting advanced maneuvers.
  • Conditioning: Apparatus work is the best way to build functional upper body and core strength, which carries over into every other aspect of your fitness.
