My approach to health is pretty straightforward: no shortcuts, no magic pills, just honest work with what you eat and how you live. I got into holistic health after seeing too many people chase quick fixes, including myself at one point.
Food & Yoga Go Together
You can’t separate what’s on your plate from your yoga mat. If your diet is full of processed stuff or heavy foods, no amount of asana will fix it. I work with clients to build routines where anti-inflammatory meal planning and yogic nutrition coaching come together. We keep things simple - think seasonal fruits, fresh veggies, and minimal processing. I avoid fried, baked, and packet foods, and I’ll help you do the same.
Detox & Cleansing (Kriya)
A proper cleanse can hit reset for your body. I guide folks through structured detoxes, sometimes as strict as 10 days. It’s tough – no salt, oil, sugar, coffee, grains. Just pure plant-based healing diet and juices. But the energy and clarity you get? Worth it.

My wife Johanna, also a yoga coach, keeps pushing me to eat better—at first I grumble, then I follow! Dad tries to keep up with Ramdev on TV, and my nephew Moksh actually showed me some moves. You learn from everyone. Blessed to have this crew around me.
