See the world beyond human sight. I use specially converted cameras to capture the infrared spectrum, turning dense foliage into brilliant gold and skies into an intense, deep blue. These prints offer a dreamlike, otherworldly perspective on the landscapes I have explored.

About Beyond the Visible: Infrared Photography

These images are not digital filters. They are captured with a camera converted to pull light from the invisible infrared spectrum, which turns green foliage into brilliant gold and skies into a deep, surreal blue. A single exposure of a Brown Sailor Spider against out-of-focus fairy lights. The composition uses the bokeh circles as a graphic element, creating a stage for the spider's silhouette.8
By manually adjusting the focus, I was able to split the image of a single Brown Sailor Spider into three distinct silhouettes against the bokeh, creating this surreal, abstract effect in a single exposure.
