My team knows that a live counter is only as good as its timing. We don't just set up a grill and wait; we manage the flow so your guests aren't stuck in long queues. Whether it’s fresh dosas or hot chaat, we ensure the food is served fresh, sizzling, and exactly when your guests want it.

When we talk about live stations, we’re talking about theatre. It’s not just about feeding people; it’s about the energy it brings to the venue. When I set up a live tandoor, I make sure it is placed strategically so the aroma travels but does not smoke out the seating area. We use real clay tandoors for that authentic smoky flavor in our Paneer Tikka; you cannot replicate that in a regular oven.

For chaat, the hygiene is non-negotiable. Everything is prepped in our base kitchen and then finished on-site. We keep the counter organized so there is no jhanjhat (hassle) for the guests when they come up for seconds. If you are planning a large reception, I always recommend at least two counters for popular items like Pani Puri to keep the line moving fast.

Whether it’s Jalebi and Rabdi, fresh dosas, or a pasta station for a modern twist, my team handles the setup, the cleanup, and the service. We bring our own induction stoves, clay tandoors, and serving staff. You just show up and enjoy the party.
