Your stage is the focal point where you celebrate your biggest moments and take your first photos as a couple. I design these spaces to balance creative, structural elements with the right lighting to keep you in the spotlight.

This magnificent floral arch creates a breathtaking focal point for a wedding reception. The dense arrangement of pink and white flowers, combined with a classic golden chaise lounge, sets a tone of pure romance and grandeur.

I love creating unique, custom stage designs like this circular floral frame. The structure, adorned with pink and white flowers, offers a modern and artistic alternative to a traditional rectangular stage.

For a modern and dreamy sangeet or reception, I designed this stage with cascading purple wisteria. The dramatic purple uplighting and minimalist settee create a sophisticated and magical atmosphere.

About this collection

When I design a stage, I look at more than just the backdrop. I prioritize the sightlines for your photographer and the actual placement of your seating. Whether we are using a geometric frame or a classic floral arch, I ensure the lighting hits you from the right angles so your face isn't shadowed in those crucial ceremony photos.

Creating a stage is about balance. You want a backdrop that looks impressive to your guests, but more importantly, it needs to work for your photographers.

For my essential setups, I often use a 24ft platform with a mix of fabric drapes and seasonal blooms. It is clean, classic, and ensures the attention stays squarely on you. If you are leaning towards something more modern, I bring in custom shapes like circular hoops or hexagons. These act as natural frames for your couple photos and offer something different from the standard rectangular backdrop.

Lighting is the secret component. I don't just dump light on the stage. For basic receptions, we use LED Par Cans to wash the drapes in a color that matches your theme. For grander events, I prefer intelligent moving heads that add texture to the background without overpowering your look. I also always make sure there is specific face lighting so you aren't squinting into darkness or standing in a silhouette.

Whether you want a traditional Mandap style or a reception setup with hanging wisteria and ceiling treatments, we will work out a layout that fits your venue size and your specific vision.

I’m Prajyothi. My team and I see every stage we build as a small piece of art, not just a rental backdrop. We love playing with materials—woodwork, fresh florals, and custom lighting—to make sure the space feels like it belongs to you, not a cookie-cutter catalog.
