Deciding between a dense, all-fresh floral backdrop or a structured fiber panel setup is usually the first choice we make. Floral backdrops offer a lush, romantic vibe, while fiber panels in gold or white provide that sharp, clean look that stays consistent from the first guest to the last. I help you pick the right design based on your venue's ceiling height and natural lighting.
When I design a stage, I look at the venue first. If you are hosting your reception in a large convention hall in Bangalore, we need volume and scale, which is why I often recommend combining large floral runners with high-impact lighting. If the space is more intimate, we can focus on fine details like jaali work or personalized neon signage.
My process is straightforward. We start with your preference—whether you want a traditional look with marigolds and brass lamps or a modern aesthetic with pastel roses and chandeliers. Once we lock in the design, I manage the sourcing. This includes the fresh flowers, the rental of the Maharaja sofa, and the placement of the Par Can lights to ensure the couple looks great in every photo.
I also handle the structural side of things. If you like the Royal Wedding look, I bring in fiber pillars and Roman-style carvings to frame the stage. If you prefer something light and airy, we use drapes and fairy lights. Everything is pre-planned so that when you walk in, the stage is exactly how we discussed. You do not need to worry about the setup, the wiring, or the floral freshness. I take care of the A to Z so you can enjoy the celebration. Whether it is a Muhurtham or a grand reception, my goal is to make sure your stage is the standout feature of the day.
