Grand Engagement Stage Decor
Main Stage Configuration
- Width: Coverage for a stage width of 24ft to 30ft.
- Ceiling Design: Hanging artificial Wisteria and creeper garden effect mixed with pixel rice lights.
- Backdrop: Multi-layered heavy draping with scallops, sequins, or shimmer fabric panels.
- Furniture: Premium 2-seater Victorian style sofa (Gold/Silver finish) with two matching side chairs.
Entrance & Walkway
- Arch: 8ft x 8ft truss-based floral arch (Marigold/Carnations or Roses/Ferns).
- Walkway: 4 to 6 decorative pillars (3ft height) along the aisle featuring floral bouquets or crystal globes.
- Carpeting: Red carpet for the aisle (up to 40ft length).
Lighting & Special Effects
- Illumination: 8-10 LED Par Lights for stage wash and 2 Moving Head Sharpies for patterns.
- Entry Effect: Choice of Dry Ice Matka pot or 2 shots of Pyro gun cold sparkles.
Naming Ceremony & Cradle Decor
Stage & Backdrop
- Dimensions: Covers standard 16ft x 12ft stage or banquet wall.
- Design: 8ft x 10ft backdrop with gathered satin drapes or artificial garden wall.
- Flowers: Semi-circle floral arrangement using 60% silk flowers and 40% fresh Roses, Tuberoses, and Carnations.
- Branding: Custom Styrofoam name cutouts (up to 6 letters) mounted on the backdrop.
Cradle Setup
- Structure: Metal swing structure fully wrapped in soft velvet or net fabric.
- Floral Work: Dense fresh flower wrapping on ropes using Jasmine strings and Orchids.
- Bedding: Includes soft cushion bedding and decorative pillow.
Props & Lighting
- Decor: 2-4 cylinder pedestals or Roman pillars with floral bunches.
- Lighting: 6 LED Par Cans to color-wash the drapes.

We take on all kinds of family events - engagement and anniversary parties, birthdays, naming ceremonies, and more. If you want a chill but beautiful naming ceremony with floral jhulas (swings) and soft décor, or a big anniversary bash with a custom stage, we’re into it.
