Decor isn't just for the stage. From comfortable seating arrangements to ambient dining setups, I design spaces where your guests feel welcomed, relaxed, and part of the celebration.

This is a lounge and dining area I designed for a pre-wedding event. The combination of teal fabric draping, Moroccan-style lanterns, and floral urns creates a relaxed yet stylish ambiance for guests to mingle.

Attention to detail is key for an elegant guest experience. This table setting features a striking red rose centerpiece, candelabras, and patterned linens, all set against a custom tropical-themed wallpaper for a cohesive look.

For large ceremonies, clear sightlines and comfortable seating are essential. Here, I arranged seating for hundreds of guests, using pink sashes to tie the chairs into the overall color theme of the wedding.

This wide-angle view shows the scale of a large wedding hall setup. I ensure that even in a large space, the decor feels cohesive and every guest has a good view of the main stage.

About this collection

When designing guest areas, I look at the practical flow of the room first. Whether it is arranging the seating for hundreds to ensure clear sightlines to the stage or styling tables to make conversation easy, my focus is on how guests actually experience the space, not just how it looks in photos.

The guest experience is often the difference between a good event and a memorable one. While the main stage grabs the attention, guests spend the vast majority of their time in their seats, at dining tables, or navigating the venue. My approach starts with the floor plan. We evaluate the venue's dimensions—whether it is a compact Bengaluru banquet hall or an open lawn—to ensure that tables are spaced for easy movement and that every guest has a clear, unobstructed view of the ceremony.

Designing the Dining Atmosphere

For the dining area, I avoid standard 'off-the-shelf' setups. We coordinate table linens, centerpieces, and chair sashes to tie back into your main theme, ensuring a cohesive aesthetic that flows throughout the entire hall. If you want a casual sangeet vibe with Moroccan lanterns and soft fabric draping, we treat that as an immersive installation rather than just placing tables and chairs.

Lighting for Comfort

Lighting is critical for guest comfort. Too harsh, and the space feels sterile; too dim, and people cannot see their food or each other. I use a mix of warm LED wash lights and focused table lighting to create a mood that feels intimate yet practical. We prioritize face-lighting near the stage and subtle perimeter uplighting to make the hall feel warm and inviting rather than cavernous.

Practical Seating Solutions

We manage seating logistics for large crowds, ensuring the furniture rental (like Chiavari chairs) aligns with your color palette. Whether you need a specific configuration for a formal corporate dinner or a more relaxed layout for a family wedding, we manage the setup and breakdown, so you do not have to worry about the logistics on the big day.

I'm Prajyothi, and for me, an event is only successful if the guests leave feeling cared for. I spend as much time designing the dining areas and seating flow as I do on the main stage. My team and I focus on the practical details—like sightlines and comfort—so you can focus on enjoying your big day.
