Grand Reception Stages for Weddings

When I design a reception stage, I think about where your guests will look first. Whether you want a massive 40ft wide setup or something more intimate, the foundation needs to be solid.

The Setup Process

Every stage I build starts with a structured approach to ensure both safety and aesthetics. I use a professional truss system, which allows me to mount heavy lighting rigs and chandeliers without compromising the stage's visual integrity.

• The Floral Wall: I typically create a central backdrop of around 150 sq ft. By mixing silk florals for the base layer, I can achieve a higher density of color that fresh flowers alone might not hold up for in a long event.
• Lighting & Effects: A stage isn't complete without the right mood. I integrate LED PAR cans to wash the stage in warm colors and use moving Sharpy heads to create dynamic beams. For the couple's entry, I often use a low-lying fog machine with a dedicated operator, ensuring that cloud-like effect hits exactly when you step onto the stage.
• Customization: Whether your venue is a hotel in Bangalore, an open ground in Mysore, or a hall in Hassan, I adapt the dimensions to fit the space. I can incorporate your initials, geometric acrylic panels, or classic drapes to match the theme.

Why it Matters

Reception photography is all about clarity and lighting. If the flowers look thin or the lighting is uneven, it shows in every shot.
