About The Gym & The Community
I train clients primarily at Anytime Fitness in Raj Nagar Extension. It is not just about the equipment but the environment. Whether you are doing heavy squats or working on your grip strength, having a community that pushes you is why my clients stay consistent. It is where we turn up to work, not to show off.
Why I chose this space for our sessions is simple. It has the commercial machinery needed for hypertrophy, but more importantly, it allows us to execute the programming I design. From barbells and deadlift platforms to the space needed for traditional movements, we have what we need to get results. My approach is science-based, meaning we track your volume, intensity, and biomechanics. But training here is also about the culture. You will find that my 'bhaichara' or brotherhood is just as real as the workout. We keep each other accountable. If you are tired of stagnant progress at other gyms, this is where we fix your form and start lifting with purpose. We focus on real-world strength, not just looking good for a selfie.
