I break down the science behind every exercise. You will learn the correct form, which muscles are working like the pectoralis major or anterior delt, and the proper joint action to maximize results and prevent injury.

Gym Workouts: Building Muscle & Strength

My training focuses on functional strength using a variety of equipment. We will use everything from dumbbells and barbells for compound lifts like the deadlift and bench press, to machines for isolating specific muscles and boxing for cardio.

Desi Strength: Traditional Indian Workouts

I believe in the power of our roots. This is where we build raw strength and stamina with traditional exercises like Mugdar swings for grip and shoulder power, and Sapate for full body endurance.

Bodyweight & Yoga Training

You do not always need weights to build strength and stability. I incorporate bodyweight exercises and yoga asanas like Chaturanga and Navasana to improve core strength, balance, and mind muscle connection.
