Every new guest starts with a mandatory trial stay. It is not just a formality; it is how I ensure your dog actually fits into my cage-free pack, keeping everyone safe and stress-free.
Safety and Security First
My facility in Whitefield is designed for active dogs. We have high fences, secure walls, and CCTV monitoring to ensure everyone stays safe. The staff-to-dog ratio is 1:6, which means your pet is constantly supervised. In case of any emergencies, I have tie-ups with veterinarians in the local area to ensure help is always nearby.
Requirements for Staying
I am strict about health for the benefit of all the pups. To join my pack, your dog must be up-to-date on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations. Regarding neutering, I do not board unsterilized males over one year old, though unsterilized girls are welcome when they are not in heat. Please be upfront about this status—honesty prevents cancellations later on.
Daily Routine and Care
Dogs at my place are not locked in crates. They roam, play, and socialize, which makes my service ideal for social pups needing cage-free dog daycare. I feed a species-appropriate diet twice a day, and I am happy to accommodate your own food if you prefer. I provide daily updates via WhatsApp so you know exactly how your dog is doing. If your pup needs extra care, we handle that as part of the service.
Booking and Assessments
If you are planning for peak seasons, please book at least a month in advance. We require a trial stay for every newcomer. This is not about being difficult; it is about checking compatibility. If your dog is extremely anxious or skittish, they might not be a fit for my open-hosting system, and I will be honest with you about that. My goal is a stress-free environment for every dog in my care.
