How I Work With Your Dog
I focus on what actually makes your dog tick, not just what’s trending. After nearly 10 years with pups of all shapes and personalities, I’ve found that every dog needs something a little different. My main rule? Trust comes first. If your dog doesn’t trust you, even the fanciest commands are useless. I always start by building that bond, especially with rescues and dogs who have seen tough times.
What We Tackle
I do one-on-one consultations and make custom plans for each dog. Whether you’ve got a playful puppy needing puppy socialization tips or a dog with canine behavior issues like fear, anxiety, or aggression (yes, I’ve worked with biters), I’ve got you. I help with basic obedience, but also dig deeper for dogs needing rehabilitation for anxious dogs or help overcoming trauma.
My Approach
I stick to a simple formula:
- Boundaries and routine lead to predictability
- Predictability builds your dog’s confidence
- More confidence means less stress and anxiety
This chain reaction helps your dog feel secure and makes life easier for both of you.
Board & Train Option
If you want an immersive experience, my cage-free facility in Whitefield offers board and train. Social pups love it, but it’s not for every dog. I always do a behavior check first so nobody feels out of place.
No “Broken” Dogs Here
I believe in second chances. Like kintsugi (fixing cracks with gold), every dog’s quirks tell a story. With time and patience, even tough cases can turn around.

My Story
Hey, we’re Play Bark & Snore Abode. Dogs, cats, chaos – that’s our daily jam. Started this wild ride in 2015 after Phoebe (my first dog) taught me how much heart these furballs bring. My Rottie Simba was a weird cuddle monster, taught me about trust and fear. Fostering, losing, loving – it’s all part of our pack life. You’ll find us knee-deep in fur, laughter, and sometimes puppies born with just YouTube help. New family, more love, and always, more dogs.
My Work
All-Inclusive Pet Services - We do overnight boarding, cage-free dog daycare, puppy socialization playgroup, dog training, and coaching for pet parents.
Open, Homestyle Boarding - No cages here. Dogs roam, play, and mingle all day. Perfect for the social ones, not for shy pups.
Trial Stays Required - Every dog does a trial dog stay first. It’s a must, helps everyone settle in and keeps things safe.
Total Transparency - Be honest about your dog's quirks. We keep you posted with updates and stick to clear protocols.
