About Strength & CrossFit Workouts
Whether you are brand new to functional movements or looking to level up your strength, we keep the batch sizes small, between 15 and 25 people. This ensures our trainers can actually watch your form during squats and burpees so you stay injury-free while pushing for that extra rep.
