About Competition Highlights
Competition prep is not just about lifting more weight; it is about technical precision under pressure. In my program, I personally analyze your video footage for bar path efficiency, correct your form for federation-specific commands, and manage your peaking phases so you are strong, safe, and ready when your competition day arrives.
Training for a meet requires more than just effort. In my SBD (Squat, Bench, Deadlift) sessions, we focus on the technical rules that make a lift count. A heavy lift is worthless if you get disqualified on a technicality. I guide you through gear selection, such as choosing the right lever belt or flat-sole shoes, and provide the mental conditioning needed to handle the adrenaline of a crowd.
Whether we are training out of Vis Orbit here in Haridwar or prepping for a state-level championship in Rishikesh, my goal is to help you perform at your absolute limit. My own journey—from state championships to national podiums—has taught me that strength is a mix of physical power and calculated strategy. We track your nutrition to manage weight classes, refine your squat depth, and build a deadlift that stands up to any judge. You are not just joining a gym; you are joining a team of lifters who push each other to win.
