Respect for your coach is everything. A coach has walked the path before you and their guidance is crucial for success. Here, I'm spotting a client during a heavy bench press, ensuring his form is safe and effective.

I don't believe in magic pills or copy-paste workouts. We start with your form—your squat depth, bench path, and deadlift lockout. If your mechanics are weak, your numbers will stay weak, no matter how hard you push. I personally spot every heavy set to ensure your progress is safe and your technique stays sharp.
