Strength without stamina is incomplete. We balance heavy barbell sessions with high-energy cardio and functional movement to make you a complete athlete.

Conditioning is just as important as lifting. Here I am on the treadmill, building the stamina needed to get through long training sessions and competitions.

A quick push-up challenge in the gym. Bodyweight exercises are a great way to build functional strength and muscular endurance.

Working on assisted pull-ups. This is a great way to build the necessary back and arm strength to eventually perform unassisted pull-ups.

An evening Zumba class in session. This is a fun and high-energy way to get cardio in, improve coordination, and burn fat.

Having some fun during a Zumba class with a "Lungi Dance" routine. Fitness should be enjoyable, and we love to mix things up.

About Conditioning & Overall Fitness

Most people skip conditioning because it is exhausting, but that is exactly why we do it. At Vis Orbit, we mix treadmill work and bodyweight circuits to ensure your cardiovascular health keeps up with your lifting PRs. I keep a close eye on your heart rate and form during these sets so you do not burn out before your main lifts.

A powerful lift means nothing if you are gasping for air after one set. True strength requires endurance, and that is why conditioning is a mandatory part of my coaching approach at Vis Orbit Gym in Haridwar. Whether you are prepping for a powerlifting meet or just want to feel fitter in daily life, your aerobic base needs to be as strong as your deadlift.

We incorporate diverse training methods that go beyond just heavy iron:

  • Cardiovascular health: We use treadmill work, not just for warm-ups, but for structured intervals that build lung capacity and stamina.
  • Functional movement: Bodyweight drills like push-ups, pull-ups, and agility movements force you to move your own body weight effectively. This builds core stability and muscular endurance that translates to better performance under a barbell.
  • Group energy: Sometimes we break the monotony with high-energy Zumba sessions. It is fun, keeps your heart rate up, and provides a much-needed break from the rigid structure of heavy lifting days.

This is not about running marathons; it is about ensuring your body can recover faster between sets and survive the intensity of a competition prep cycle. My training style is grounded in reality. Some days you will feel unstoppable, and other days you might feel like you have nothing left in the tank. I am there to spot you through the burnout, ensuring we push the limits without sacrificing safety or form.
