The Path to Competitive Swimming

We guide our swimmers through a clear progression. It starts with mastering stroke mechanics in Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly. Once an athlete demonstrates deep-water competence, they move into our Advanced Squad Training program. This phase is intense and rewarding, focusing on:

• Technical Drills: Flip-turn refinement, efficient block starts, and underwater dolphin kicking to save precious fractions of a second.
• Conditioning: High-intensity interval training (HIIT) specifically designed to build endurance and explosive power.
• Dryland Training: Access to our on-site gym area for core and strength conditioning, essential for preventing injury and maintaining race-pace speed.
