What started in 2013 as a small, messy home-baking project is now a decade of sweet, eggless memories. This is the journey of how my mom and I built Pink Box, one cake at a time.
Mother's Day is really special for us because this whole journey started with my mom. She was my first business partner. We did everything together, from baking and packing to deliveries. Pink Box started with her.
We turned 10. We started in 2013 as one of the first shops offering same day custom cakes. From a small outlet in Hauz Khas, we've grown to serve you across Delhi NCR, but our promise of freshness and quality has never changed.
This is my family, the team that has been the backbone of Pink Box for a decade. We started this with a simple idea and have grown thanks to the support of each other and, of course, our wonderful customers.
This is me, Aman. My official title is Managing Director, but honestly, I do a bit of everything. From approving cake designs to handling customer feedback, I'm involved in every part of the business to make sure we get it right.
Pink Box is a family led business, and that's something I'm very proud of. We started this to offer something between a simple local bakery and a high end luxury brand, a place with great taste and a lot of heart.
A throwback to the early days. My mom and I learned everything on the job. We took baking courses and dedicated ourselves to making sure every item that left our kitchen was something we would be proud to serve.
Celebrating our first anniversary. Looking back, it's amazing to see how far we've come. This picture is a reminder of the innocence and courage we started with, driven by a simple love for creating sweet things.
Being a baker means being a student forever. I'm always learning, whether it's taking a new course to refine my skills or just experimenting in the kitchen. It's a journey of constant improvement.

When you walk into any of our outlets, you will not find a hidden, impersonal cloud kitchen. I am still here every day, tasting the batches myself and reading your feedback. We built this to be a place where you can actually talk to the people baking your dessert, whether you have a suggestion or just want to share how the cake tasted.
We did not start with degrees from culinary school or a massive investment plan. Pink Box was born out of a 2013 Hauz Khas kitchen, driven by my mom and me figuring things out while learning on the job. We wanted to fill the gap between generic local bakeries and high-end luxury outlets, so we decided to focus on what actually mattered: fresh, eggless desserts and a space where people felt at home.
I believe that the soul of a bakery cannot be automated. Whether it is our signature Tiramisu jars or custom birthday cakes, every product passes through my taste test before it hits the shelf. We have grown from that first small shop to locations in Hauz Khas, Connaught Place, and Vasant Kunj, but the core remains the same. We are not aiming for perfection; we are aiming for real.
This was never a trend for us. Our commitment to 100% eggless baking was about making sure anyone could walk in and enjoy the same quality without worry. No cross-contamination, no confusion, just honest ingredients that I would serve to my own family.
