I didn't go viral overnight. I built Bakeofy the hard way, order by order and DM by DM. This is the story of how a 22-year-old's dream turned into your go-to bakery.

"You cannot open a bakery at 21. You're too young." I heard that a lot, but I believed in my dream. If you believe in young dreams and sweet beginnings, follow my journey.

I was told not to be a baker because of the long hours and low pay. But I chose this path because I get to wake up every day and do something I genuinely love. That's what keeps me going.

3, 2, 1... and just like that, one of the biggest moments of my journey. Getting my certificate from the chef who taught me and believed in me at the School for European Pastry (SEP).

Fun fact: I didn't go viral. I grew my business the hard way, order by order, DM by DM. This one is for everyone else building something from scratch. No shortcuts, just hustle.

Every ending carries a new beginning. This video marks the move from my little corner in Rohini to building something bigger. The journey continues.

Hard work pays off. From a construction site to our very own beautiful bakery. We made it.

An Uber Auto driver recognized me from my multiple deliveries and said, "Itni young age mein apna business kar rhe ho, bahut acha kaam kr rhe ho beta." These *choti choti baatein* truly touch my heart.

I wanted to share a tough moment. A cake collapsed after delivery. I was in shock, but I stayed calm, had the client bring it back, and re-decorated it. It's a reminder that things can go wrong, but how you handle it matters.

*Tum thak sakte ho, par haar nahi sakte... itni durr aakar.* (You can get tired, but you can't give up... after coming this far). A reminder to myself on the tough days.

The biggest flex? Turning your brand into a name that people trust and pay for. It's not just about building a brand, but building trust.

About My Journey: Behind the Bakes

People often ask me why I started so young, but for me, baking was never just a job. It was about creating rishtey (relationships). Whether it is re-frosting a cake at 2 AM because it shifted in transit or spending sleepless nights mastering techniques at the School for European Pastry, every detail matters. I do not believe in shortcuts or margins over quality. I believe that if you feed people with love, they will keep coming back.
