My journey began in the classroom as a chemistry teacher, and honestly, that precision never left me. Baking is essentially edible chemistry—it’s about balancing moisture, structure, and flavor. When I started The Bakistry, my goal was to take that technical foundation and combine it with the emotional rush of a mithai ka dabba opening. I wanted to create cakes that weren't just centerpiece material, but memories you could actually eat.
