I believe that nothing replaces the human touch. From elite athletes to everyday champions, my team and I fix the root cause of pain with hands-on care, not just machines.

I believe in hands-on healing. Here, I'm applying manual therapy to an athlete's leg, a core part of my treatment philosophy to address the root cause of pain and improve mobility for national-level players.

An athlete performs at their best when a Peak Performance physio is at work. This video shows our hands-on approach during a tournament, providing manual therapy to release muscle tightness and ensure players are ready for their next match.

During a professional development session, I'm demonstrating a manual therapy technique for the shoulder complex. Hands-on skills are critical, and we constantly work to refine them across our entire team.

Here, I am teaching our team of physiotherapists the specifics of dry needling for releasing trigger points in the back. This is one of the advanced techniques we use to treat myofascial pain and improve muscle function.

This video shows a Lachman test, a standard clinical examination to assess the stability of the Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) in the knee. A proper diagnosis is the first step toward a successful ACL rehabilitation program.

About Hands-On Healing: Manual Therapy & Recovery Techniques

When you walk into our clinic, we are not just looking at the pain. We are hunting for the culprit. Whether it is a stubborn knot in your shoulder or a nagging knee issue, we use techniques like dry needling, cupping, and scraping (IASTM) to release deep tension immediately. It is not just about temporary comfort. It is about restoring your body's natural glide and movement, so you can get back to what you love.

Our Approach: Science Meets Sweat

I started Peak Performance with one rule: if a machine can do it, a human can do it better. We focus on manual therapy because it allows us to feel exactly where your tissue is restricted.

The Toolkit

We do not believe in passive recovery. We use active, targeted techniques:

  • Dry Needling: We use these needles to target trigger points in the muscle belly. It helps in releasing that stubborn stiffness you just cannot stretch out.
  • Cupping Therapy: We use myofascial decompression to improve blood flow to injured areas. It helps the body heal faster.
  • ISTM (Scraping): We use metal tools to break down scar tissue and fascial restrictions. It is intense, but the relief is worth it.
  • Manual Mobilization: This is pure hands-on work. We use joint mobilization to restore stiffness-free motion in your joints.

Why Choose Us?

Whether you are dealing with a recurring sports injury or just trying to fix your posture after a long week of work, we treat every case with the same intensity we give our Team India athletes. You get the same techniques, the same assessment, and the same dedication. We are based in Whitefield, Hennur, Domlur, and JP Nagar, making it easier for you to drop by and get your recovery on track. Jo bhi ho, hum full effort lagate hain (Whoever you are, we give it our all)!!!
