Manual Therapy & Active Rehabilitation
Hands On Mobilization
- Soft Tissue Release: Manual techniques to break down scar tissue and reduce muscle tension.
- Joint Mobilization: Skilled passive movements applied to vertebrae or joints to restore range of motion.
- Advanced Modalities: Includes Dry Needling, IASTM scraping, Cupping, or Myofascial release as required.
Functional Training
- Turf Work: Supervised corrective exercises performed on the gym floor.
- Strength & Load: Usage of kettlebells, dumbbells, and resistance bands for strengthening.
- Stability Drills: Proprioception training using stability balls and balance pads.
Recovery Support
- Structural Support: Application of Kinesiology Tape (K Tape) or rigid taping.

How I Work
- Manual therapy is my main tool. I like to get to the root of the pain, not just mask it.
- Exercise is medicine. No fancy machines here - we use simple, progressive programs that actually work for long-term results.
- If you’ve been told surgery is your only hope, let’s talk. I’ve helped plenty of folks (including a patient from Sydney with a disc bulge) avoid the knife with non-surgical disc bulge recovery.
What I Treat
- Back and neck pain, joint pain (knee, shoulder, etc.), disc issues, sciatica.
- Post-surgical movement restoration for things like ACL repairs or microdiscectomy.
- Manual therapy for joint pain is a big part of my approach.

My Story
We are Peak Performance. Started off in 2016, just two of us and a big dream to shake up physiotherapy in India. Now, we’re over 100 strong – wild ride, honestly! Some of us have cheered Team India at the Davis Cup, Olympics, Aussie Open – real goosebumps moments. When not in the clinic, you’ll spot us traveling, chasing views from the Arctic to Swiss trains, but Mumbai local always brings us home.
