About The Training Ground: Drills, Sparring & Fitness
At our academy in Tughlakabad, every session is real work. We use standard 25mm EVA mats and protective chest guards, but the focus is always on raw technique and grit. Whether you join the 3-day fitness batch or the 6-day competitive sparring group, you will sweat, you will drill, and you will earn every bit of progress you make.
Winning doesn't come from talk; it comes from what happens on the mat. My training method is simple: sweat now so you can win later.
The Training Split
We offer two main ways to train, depending on your goals:
- The Standard Batch (3 days a week): This is for those building a base. We focus on fitness, flexibility, and foundational kicks. If you want to get stronger, learn how to move, and understand the basics of Taekwondo, this is where you start.
- The Competition Batch (6 days a week): This is for the fighters. It includes full-contact Kyorugi sparring with electronic scoring, Hapkido self-defense, and advanced agility drills. If you want to compete at the State or National levels, this is the training ground that gets you there.
Why Train With Us?
I don't sugarcoat the sessions. You will do pad work, stretching for splits, and intense sparring drills. My students—my champs—come here to push their limits. We don't just teach you how to throw a kick; we teach you how to stay focused when you are tired.
We provide the mats, the guards, and the coaching. You bring the discipline. If you are ready to work hard, I am ready to coach you to your next medal.
