Taekwondo Training & Championship Preparation
From your first white belt test to standing on the podium at Nationals, we build the speed, discipline, and power it takes to win.
This is what we train for: the knockout. Watch one of our fighters deliver a decisive head kick during a national tournament, a perfect example of the timing and power we instill in our competitive kyorugi athletes.
The pursuit of perfection in every move. Here, our black belt student Vanshika demonstrates a flawless high kick during a technique drill, showcasing the flexibility and precision required for scoring at the highest levels.
The result of dedication. I am incredibly proud of Vanshika Singhal for winning the bronze medal at the CBSE National Taekwondo Championship 2024. This picture on the podium represents countless hours of hard work in the junior U-68kg category.
Witness the intensity of a state-level championship match. This clip shows our fighter Vanshika dominating her opponent, culminating in a knockout that secured her spot in the nationals. This is the competitive edge we build.
Here I am with my SGFI Nationals 2024 squad: Aalya, Ansh, and Rachna. I am not just a coach in the academy; I am in your corner at every competition, guiding you through every round.
Advanced techniques win championships. This video captures one of our fighters, Roshni, executing a powerful spinning kick during a CBSE cluster match, a high-scoring move that is a core part of our advanced sparring curriculum.
A crucial moment between rounds. Here, I'm providing tactical advice and support to our fighter Ansh during the Delhi Olympic Games. We focus on both physical strength and mental toughness to ensure our athletes are always ready.
Explosive power is non-negotiable. Our training includes intense plyometric exercises like these box jumps to build the agility and explosive strength needed for fast, powerful kicks in competitive taekwondo.
About Featured
A common trap is training without strategy. At my academy, we don’t just drill kicks; we analyze your sparring game against the electronic scoring systems used in CBSE and Khelo India circuits. Whether you are learning to land a clean headshot or managing the clinch, my focus is on making sure your technique holds up under the pressure of a real championship round.
There is a difference between knowing a kick and winning with one. That is why we run a strict, no-shortcuts training regimen at our Burari center. We utilize 25mm interlocking puzzle mats for safety and performance, ensuring you get the same ground feel you will encounter at state-level arenas.
Our sessions are not just about fitness; they are tactical. We break down 'Golden Point' scenarios, work on weight-cutting safety for competitive athletes, and drill the explosive plyometrics required for the high-scoring headshots you see in professional Kyorugi (sparring).
When you join my squad, you are not just signing up for a class. You are joining a group of fighters who travel together, win together, and hold each other accountable. From the Delhi State Junior Championships to the National SGFI stage, my students represent years of consistent, disciplined effort. If you are ready to stop wishing for results and start working for them, let us get on the mat. We have specific batches for different levels, so whether you are just starting or you are a pro looking to sharpen your game, there is a place for you in the team.
