About From Bump to Baby
When I photograph your pregnancy, we are capturing the anticipation. When we meet again for your newborn session, I keep the same calm, natural-light approach. This consistency means your final album feels like one continuous, heartfelt story of your family growing from a couple into a trio.
Many parents worry that newborn photography will be stressful for the baby. I keep things slow and steady. My Mulund home studio is temperature-controlled and quiet, specifically designed for your little one to feel safe. We do not use harsh artificial flashes or complicated, uncomfortable props. Instead, I rely on the soft light flowing through the windows to create a gentle, cozy atmosphere.
Whether you prefer the bohemian look with earthy tones and macrame or a minimalist, clean setup, the focus stays on your baby’s tiny features and the raw connection you share. If you have older children, they are welcome to join the session. Involving siblings early on often creates the most genuine, protective interactions that I love to document.
My goal is for you to look back at these photos years from now and remember the feeling of those first few weeks, not the stress of a photoshoot. We will take breaks for feedings or cuddles whenever the baby needs it. It is your time, and we move at your pace.
