About Maternity & New Beginnings
If you are planning your maternity session, aim for the 28th to 32nd week of your pregnancy. This is the sweet spot where your bump is beautifully prominent, but you are still comfortable enough to enjoy the shoot without feeling overly exhausted. Whether you want to visit my Wagholi studio or prefer I come to your home in Pune or Mumbai, I handle the styling—including my collection of designer gowns and flowy fabrics—so you can focus on simply being yourself.
Photography is my way of finding stillness. When I work with expecting mothers and new parents, I am not just creating a gallery; I am holding onto the soft, real moments of a major life transition.
The Maternity Experience
I believe your maternity photos should feel like a reflection of your personality. Some clients love the drama of a flowing, long-tail gown in a studio setting, while others prefer something casual and candid at home. My sessions include professional makeup artist coordination and access to my wardrobe, so we can build a look that feels authentic to you. We can also include partners and siblings, as those interactions often create the most heartfelt images.
Newborn & Milestone Sessions
For newborns, safety and comfort are my top priorities. I treat these sessions with extra gentleness, creating a serene, warm environment. I love incorporating cultural or creative themes, such as my popular 'Little Krishna' setups complete with peacock feathers and soft, draped fabrics. These are not forced poses; they are patient sessions designed to work around your baby's rhythm.
