Cozy At-Home Pet Photography
I bring my camera to your living room to capture your pet in their safe space. No rigid poses, just real, unscripted comfort.
A beautiful, relaxed portrait of Shruti and her Shih Tzu, Kyro, cuddling on the couch. At-home sessions allow for this kind of natural comfort and genuine connection.
Luis the Husky in a playful stance, ready for action in his living room. The natural sunlight from the window creates a beautiful, warm glow.
A collage showing Luna the Indie's personality. The top is a curious close-up, and the bottom is an architectural shot of her on a beautiful staircase, showcasing her in her home environment.
A collage of Luna's at-home session, capturing her playful side on the bed and a quiet, loving moment with her mom.
Luna the Indie in mid-trot across a shiny marble floor, her reflection captured beautifully. A dynamic shot that shows the energy of an at-home session.
A classic portrait of Zoey the cocker spaniel sitting elegantly in her living room. This photo shows how we can create stunning, formal portraits even in a home setting.
Senior dog Mhysa shows her love by bringing her mom a slipper. These quirky, personal moments are what make at-home shoots so special.
Mhysa continues her gift-giving, this time with a piece of clothing. Capturing these unique personality traits is a joy.
Another slipper offering from Mhysa! Her airplane ears and focused expression are priceless.
A cute portrait of Mhysa with her slipper, perfectly framed by the doorway and a houseplant.
About Cozy at Home: Your Pet, Your Space
When I step into your home, I leave the rigid posing guide at the door. Your pet is the boss here. Whether they are shy, overly energetic, or just want to snooze on your sofa, we work around their rhythm. We use your natural light and their favourite corners, ensuring they feel safe enough to be their quirky, honest selves.
At-home sessions are where the deepest stories unfold. Without the distractions of a busy park, your pet can just be. I bring a portable studio if the lighting is tricky, but often, the magic happens in the simple, everyday spots like your bed, the living room rug, or even the kitchen doorway where they wait for you to come home.
Clients often worry about their house being messy or their pet being too 'wild'. Please do not worry about that. I have photographed everything from 'slipper thieves' like Mhysa who bring me gifts, to cats who demand butt pats, and shy pups who need an hour just to sniff my camera bag. My process is simple: we go slow. I sit on the floor, wait for them to approach, and capture the real stuff.
These sessions are ideal for:
- Senior pets who prefer their own familiar territory.
- Rescued pets who need time to build trust.
- Family portraits that include the whole gang without travel stress.
We do not need a perfectly staged home. We just need you, your pet, and the little habits that make your life together special. If they have a favourite toy, a weird sleeping position, or a habit of singing along to music, that is exactly what I want to frame.

Hey, I'm Prathima. I believe the best portraits don't happen in a studio, but right where your pet feels like king or queen of the castle. My shoots are pure, unscripted chaos, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
