About Indie Love & Rescue Stories
Indie dogs and rescues often need time to find their confidence in front of a lens. I never rush these sessions, allowing plenty of space for your dog to sniff, explore, and simply get comfortable with me before we start shooting. When we wait for them to lead, we catch those genuine, soulful expressions that show who they really are.
Whether you have a street-smart Indie who loves the city buzz or a shy rescue who prefers the quiet of home, every dog has a story worth telling. My Indie and rescue photography is built on patience. I understand that many rescues have a past, and the last thing they need is a stressful photoshoot. We keep things fluid, meaning no forced poses or awkward commands. We go at their pace, whether that means we spend half the session just sitting on the floor or playing in a favorite park.
I've traveled across India documenting these incredible journeys, from the historic lanes of Delhi to the beaches of Mumbai. My goal is to capture the 'Indie look', that mix of resilience and pure joy, in locations that feel authentic to your life together.
