Capture the Bond You Share with Your Pet
I focus on the quiet cuddles, the shared looks, and the messy, joyous play that define your relationship with your pet. Let's turn those everyday moments into art.
A beautiful family portrait where a gentle Great Dane and a spunky Shih Tzu complete the picture. This is a perfect example of a 'big meets small' story, capturing the love that makes a house a home.
I love capturing the story as it unfolds. Here, a man crouches to pet his Great Dane while his partner holds their Shih Tzu, a candid moment of affection during our outdoor pet photography session.
The pure, unconditional love between a man and his Great Dane. This outdoor portrait captures a quiet moment of connection and companionship under the shade of a tree.
A complete family portrait. This shot brings everyone together, a happy couple with their Golden Retriever and Lhasa Apso mix, creating a memory they can cherish forever.
A heartwarming video showing the bond between my own husband and our beagle, Scamp. It's a celebration of all the dedicated paw paws and the special love they share with their furry children.
A moment of pure joy between a girl and her cockatiel, framed by the wooden railings of a staircase. This shot shows how we can find beautiful compositions right inside your home.
A black and white version of the jumping Great Dane and his owner. Stripping away the color emphasizes the form, motion, and the dynamic energy of their interaction.
About this collection
When we shoot your family session, I do not look for perfect poses. I look for the in-between moments, like that fleeting glance your dog gives you or the way your cat curls up in your lap. For these sessions, I usually recommend wearing neutral colours so the focus stays on your pet’s coat and the natural chemistry between you both. Do not worry about them sitting still or behaving perfectly; I am here for the chaos as much as the quiet.
How We Get That Perfect Shot
Photography is not just about a camera and a click. It is about patience. Whether we are in a park or my studio, I spend the first few minutes just letting your pet sniff the equipment and get comfortable with me. My background in architecture taught me to look for light and composition, but years with my own beagle, Scamp, taught me that you cannot force magic. You have to wait for it.
Preparing for Your Session
- Wardrobe Tips: I suggest avoiding busy patterns or neon colours that distract from your pet. Soft, earthy tones or simple whites work best to keep the image timeless.
- The 'Trigger' List: During our pre-shoot chat, tell me what gets your pet excited. Is it a specific squeaky toy? The sound of a treat bag? Or maybe just your voice? We use that to get those ears up and tails wagging.
- The Human Element: If you are nervous, your pet will feel it. Treat this session like a fun day out at the park. If things get messy or noisy, that is exactly what I want to capture.
After the Shoot
I believe in 'dual-retouching'. This means I don't just fix the lighting; I carefully edit the images so your pet’s fur looks natural and your skin looks polished but real. You get a set of high-resolution digital images that are ready to print, share, or frame. I want these photos to hang on your wall not because they are perfect, but because they remind you of the bond you share.
Mamta
I am Mamta, an architect who swapped blueprints for tail wags. My own beagle, Scamp, taught me that the best photos are not staged—they are the messy, loving, real moments that happen when you are just being yourselves.
