- Focal Balloons: 2 large themed foil balloons (approx 30 inch) plus 40-50 high quality biodegradable latex balloons.
- Hanging Elements: 1 Premium cardstock banner (e.g. Happy Diwali) with pre-strung ribbon and 5-6 matching ceiling swirls.
- Wearables: Includes 2-3 fun props like party hats, sashes, or eye masks.
Dining Essentials
- Tableware: Coordinated disposable set for 8 guests including dinner plates, dessert plates, and cups.
- Add-ons: 1 pack of premium printed paper napkins.
Important Logistics
- Format: Material only delivery box. Does not include decorators or installation manpower.
- Note: Balloons are shipped flat. Helium gas is not included.

- Manpower: Onsite styling by 2 expert decorators (2-3 hours) and next day teardown included.

Full Zone Transformation
- Main Backdrop: Includes the complete 'Signature Photo Backdrop' (8x8 ft) with lights and props.
- Entrance: Welcome easel signage framed with an organic balloon garland or floral cluster (approx 6ft).
- Ceiling: Helium balloons or hanging lanterns scattered to add vertical depth to the room.
Dining & Surfaces
- Tablescape: Detailed styling for one main 8 seater dining table with runner, floral centerpiece, and taper candles.
- Vignettes: Small themed decor clusters on 2 additional surfaces like a Console or TV unit.
Execution
- Team: Full styling team of 3-4 members for a 4-5 hour detailed setup.

Why I Do What I Do
I’m here to help you celebrate without the guilt. Every party can be beautiful and big on style, but also planet-friendly. I use earthy stuff like jute, upcycled bits (like book flowers!), and biodegradable balloons. नाचो-गाओ, but in a way that the Earth doesn’t get dukhi (sad) after your party.
Festive Feels, My Way
- Diwali: Candle glow, fresh flower petals in urlis, and my Lotus Backdrop with sequins. All about that magical, rich vibe but not over the top.
- Janmashtami: Vrindavan-style with eco-friendly peacock balloons and Krishna touches.
- Halloween: Pumpkins, skull-vases for flowers, spider balloons, and even a full party kit if you want to DIY.
- Christmas & Holi: Festive tableware, quirky props, and all the right colors—no plastic overload.
Not Just Festivals
Ever tried an 'Evil Eye' theme? I mix deep blue, gold, modern disco balls, and soft textures for a dinner or party that feels different and lucky too.

My Story
I'm Shivani, balloon artist and trainer, but Partylicious is much more than balloons. I run the social responsibility bit at CII IWN Delhi, and sustainability is my jam. Sick of the landfill guilt after parties, I wanted to prove celebrations can be gorgeous and kind to the planet. We use repurposed paper, reusable props, and biodegradable balloons. Beauty hits different when it’s guilt-free. I’m here for eco-chic party decor and making every celebration matter.
