The Backdrop & Structure
- Dimensions: 8ft x 8ft main structure. Options include Shimmer Wall (Sequins), Painted Arch Panel set, or Custom Printed Flex on a wooden frame.
- Signage: One customized acrylic name cutout OR a standard neon sign (e.g., "Happy Birthday") mounted on the backdrop.
- Flooring: Matching 8x4 ft floor mat, rug, or artificial turf to define the photo area.
Styling & Props
- Balloon Decor: Premium organic-style garland (approx. 12-15 running feet) using high-quality latex balloons (chrome, pastel, or matte). Note: Does not include helium.
- Cake Display: Set of 3 cylindrical metal or acrylic plinths in varying heights.
- Thematic Props: 2-3 specific props based on the theme (e.g., disco ball cluster, pampas grass vases, or themed cut-outs).
Logistics & Service
- Lighting: 2-3 LED par cans to illuminate the backdrop.
- Execution: Includes transport (Delhi NCR), setup (3-4 hours prior), and dismantling.
