Traditional Haldi & Mehndi Urli Setup
Backdrop & Structure
- Dimensions: Standard 8 ft (Height) x 8 ft (Width) metal pipe frame structure.
- Draping: Double-layered fabric styling using bright Yellow and Green poly-satin drapes.
- Signage: Laser-cut 'Haldi' or 'Mehndi' script in gold/red acrylic or glitter foam board suspended at the center.
Floral & Cultural Props
- Floral Decor: Dense styling with Marigold garlands (approx. 80% artificial for volume, 20% fresh near seating).
- Hanging Elements: 4-6 Rajasthani/Gujarati style embroidered hangings with tassels and mirrors.
- Umbrellas: 2-4 decorative Phulkari/Rajasthani embroidered umbrellas placed on the sides.
Ceremonial Seating
- Urli: One large Gold painted Fiber or Metal Urli.
- Seating: Low-height wooden stool or cushion placed inside the Urli.
- Note: Water filling and rose petals are subject to client providing water source on-site.
Logistics
- Manpower: Team of 2 decorators for setup (approx. 2-3 hours) and breakdown.
Lohri Kite Wall & Balloon Decor
The Kite Wall Backdrop
- Structure: 8 ft x 8 ft backdrop frame completely covered with decorative fabric or paper Kites.
- Illumination: Warm White LED Fairy lights woven behind or across the kites for a glowing effect.
Theme Elements
- Cutouts: 2 large (3-4 ft tall) foam-board cutouts of Bhangra dancers or Dhol players.
- Signage: 'Happy Lohri' or 'Baby's First Lohri' themed cutout attached to the backdrop.
- Bonfire Prop: Small artificial bonfire cutout (non-fire) for indoor safety.
Balloon Styling
- Arrangement: 2 Organic Balloon pillars or a semi-arch framing the backdrop.
- Volume: Approx. 200-300 latex balloons in Orange, Green, and Blue village theme colors.
Important Note
- Exclusion: The white sofa or chaise lounge visible in reference images is NOT included in this package.
Diwali Card Party Shimmer Setup
Premium Backdrop
- Shimmer Wall: 6 ft x 6 ft or 7 ft x 7 ft Gold or Silver Sequin Wall (interlocking hard-panels that move with air).
- Lighting: One 'Happy Diwali' or 'Party' Neon LED sign hung centrally.
Casino Props
- Cutouts: Large Playing Cards (Aces, Kings) approx. 2-3 ft height.
- 3D Elements: Hanging or floor-placed 3D Dice props.
- Theme: Red, Black, Gold, and White color palette.
Luxury Balloon Garland
- Style: Organic 'L-Shape' or semi-arch garland running along one side.
- Material: Mix of premium Chrome (High Shine) Gold balloons and Metallic Red/Black balloons.
Requirements
- Power: Requires one power point near the setup for the Neon sign.
- Location: Best suited for indoor use or covered areas protected from high wind.

Haldi & Mehndi - All About That Genda Phool
For Haldi ceremony decoration ideas, I go heavy on marigold flowers, yellow-green drapes, and those cute Rajasthani umbrellas. The main spot? A low chowki in a big urli, so you get those classic photos. If you want something hatke (different), I can add purple panels or modern props too.
Lohri - Full Punjabi Tashan
First Lohri baby decor is my jam. I do bright balloon arches, kite backdrops, and even dhol player cutouts. Want your baby's name in big lights? Ho jayega (it’ll be done). Photo booth with fairy lights? Sorted.
Diwali & Card Parties - Shimmer, Shine, Repeat
For Diwali party backdrop, I use gold sequin walls, red foil curtains, and neon "Happy Diwali" signs. Rooftop party? I can do a moon balloon arch. Card party? Expect giant playing cards and dice props.

My Story
