Home Puja & Deity Setup
Backdrop & Draping
- Installation of a background setup (adjustable up to 8ft height x 8ft width)
- Use of flowing satin or polyester fabrics in dual-tone traditional colors (e.g., Orange-Yellow, Red-White)
- Pleated curtain style draping to create a clean background for the idol
Floral Decor (Hybrid)
- Vertical hangings of artificial marigold (Genda) strings mixed with mango leaf torans
- Fresh Flower Inclusion: Loose rose petals and marigold flowers (approx. 500g) used for floor rangoli or bordering around the idol seating
- One fresh flower garland specifically for the deity idol
Lighting
- 2 LED Par Can lights (Warm White or RGB) to wash the backdrop in color
- 3 to 4 strings of fairy lights interwoven in the drapes or hanging vertically
Props & Logistics
- Decoration of the idol placement area (Patla/Chowki provided by client) with fabric runners
- Basic hanging latkans or traditional bells suspended from the backdrop frame
- Includes transport within city limits, setup (2 hours prior), and dismantling
Satsang & Courtyard Event Setup
Main Stage / Backdrop (10ft - 12ft width)
- Heavy fabric draping with pleating in theme colors (Yellow/Orange for Satsang, Green/Pink for Teej)
- Feature Element: Choice of a decorated Metal Swing (Jhula) for Teej/Janmashtami OR a Deity Throne (Singhasan) setup for Chowki/Satsang
- Floral framing of the backdrop using fresh Marigold (Genda) chains and Tuberose (Rajnigandha) strings
Entrance Decor
- One standard size Welcome Arch (7ft height) at the main door or gate
- Decorated with fabric wrapping and mixed floral bunches (Artificial base with fresh flower overlays)
- Welcome board on an easel stand
Flooring & Seating
- Red or Green carpet matting for the main puja/seating area (up to 200 sq. ft.)
- White sheets (Chandni) for the floor seating area
Lighting & Props
- 6 LED Par cans for ambient wash lighting
- One central chandelier (Crystal or Floral hanging) for the stage area
- Placement of 2D Printed Sunboard Cutouts of deities tailored to the occasion

- Extensive balloon decor (approx. 1500+ balloons) using Chrome, Pastel, and Metallic finishes
- Organic balloon arch framing the backdrop in an asymmetrical, modern style
- Two balloon pillars or clusters at the entrance

- Large form-cut branding/props (e.g., Giant '2025' numbers, 'Pichkari' cutouts, or Peacocks)
- Dedicated Photo Booth corner with handheld props and placards

- Ceiling treatment using colorful ribbons, paper fans, or hanging tassels (up to 400 sq. ft. area)

What I Do
- For religious events like Ganesh Chaturthi, I set up mandaps with flowers, fairy lights, and fabrics. Sacred spaces feel peaceful and Insta-worthy both.
- I’m all about marigold flower backdrops for Sundarkand Path, satsangs or housewarmings. “Genda phool lagwa do, sab kuch chamak jayega!” (Just add marigold flowers, everything shines up!)
- If you’re thinking Janmashtami, Lohri, Holi, or Teej, I bring in traditional swing decoration with real or artificial flowers, props, and that full festive vibe.
- For Christmas, New Year, or those tricolor patriotic theme setups, I add a modern touch with lights, banners, and cutouts.
- Have your own idea or a Pinterest pic? I’m happy to do fully customized devotional decor too.
