Flooring: Premium rug or carpet overlay to define the space (approx 6x9 ft area).
Lighting: 2-3 Focus spot/track lights or ambient fairy lighting to highlight key product zones.

Decor & Product Presentation

Balloon Artistry: One premium organic balloon garland (L-shape or semi-arch, approx. 8-10 ft) using chrome/pastel balloons matching brand colors.
Table Scaping: Styling of 1-2 product display tables with premium linens, runners, and risers (acrylic/wood) to create height and depth.
Props & Accents: Thematic props (e.g., vintage suitcases, mirror balls, floral vases) and 2-3 small floral arrangements.

Service & Execution

Logistics: Transportation of props, installation team (2 pax), and dismantling post-event.
Scope Note: Covers styling only. Does not include heavy fabrication, woodwork, or construction of the stall structure itself.

My Story

I'm Shivani, balloon artist and trainer, but Partylicious is much more than balloons. I run the social responsibility bit at CII IWN Delhi, and sustainability is my jam. Sick of the landfill guilt after parties, I wanted to prove celebrations can be gorgeous and kind to the planet. We use repurposed paper, reusable props, and biodegradable balloons. Beauty hits different when it’s guilt-free. I’m here for eco-chic party decor and making every celebration matter.
