Office Milestone & Farewell Decor
Core Decor Elements
- Foil Text: Up to 15 characters of 16-inch foil balloons (Gold/Silver/Rose Gold). Common uses: "WILL MISS YOU", "HAPPY BDAY".
- Balloon Arch: One L-shaped organic demi-arch or standard semi-arch made of approx 150-200 latex balloons.
- Material: Mix of standard metallic and pastel balloons. Chrome/Glossy balloons used only as highlights.
- Structure: Mounted on existing office wall or a basic portable ring stand (6x6 ft).
Logistics
- Installation: 90-minute setup time by 1 decorator.
- Wall Safety: Uses paint-safe masking tape or command hooks to prevent damage.
- Exclusions: No custom printed branding or logos. Client must provide ladder if height exceeds 7ft. Post-event dismantling not included.
Festive Shimmer Wall Photo Booth
Backdrop & Lighting
- Shimmer Wall: 8ft x 8ft active sequin panel backdrop (Gold, Silver, Iridescent, or Black).
- Neon Signage: One rental generic festival neon light (e.g., "Happy Diwali", "Merry Christmas", "Happy Holi"). Note: This is not custom text.
Theme Specifics
- Diwali: Card party props, artificial marigold strings, or diya cutouts.
- Christmas: Artificial snow, snowflake cutouts, and 4-5ft decorated artificial tree or snowman.
- Holi: Large foam cutouts and colorful floor decals.
Decor & Service
- Balloons: 12-15 running feet of organic garland with high ratio of Chrome (Mirror finish) and Confetti balloons.
- Floor Props: 2-3 themed sunboard/foam cutouts (3-4ft tall).
- Rental Terms: All hard props, lights, and backdrops are on a rental basis and collected the next day.

Stage & Branding
- Backdrop: Extended width (10ft to 12ft) setup using black/gold shimmer panels or fabric drapes.
- Custom Branding: One Custom-made Neon Sign (up to 3ft width) with Company Name OR Custom Flex print. Client keeps the custom neon after the event.
- Marquee Lights: Rental of up to 2 LED Marquee Numbers or Initials (3ft height).
Entrance & Ambience
- Entry Arch: One 8x8ft Full Balloon Arch at venue entry matching company colors.
- Red Carpet: 15-20 running feet of clean, rental quality carpet.
- Cocktail Tables: 2-3 High-top tables with spandex covers and small centerpieces.
Technical Specs
- Lighting: 2-3 LED PAR cans (uplighters) for the backdrop.
- Operations: Includes transport, setup by 3-4 person team, and next-day dismantling.
