People are often overwhelmed by fad diets and confusing medical jargon, so I focus on practical swaps like managing your afternoon energy slumps with smart snacking or gamifying healthy habits for students. You do not need a complicated plan to feel better, you just need to understand what you are putting on your plate.

Nutrition is often made to sound more complex than it actually is. My approach is to move away from restrictions and focus on adding value to your meals. In my corporate wellness sessions, I skip the generic advice and dive into the 'Desk Diet.' We look at how to tackle post-lunch brain fog and caffeine dependency through simple, actionable meal prep that takes less than 10 minutes.

For schools, I swap the lectures for activities like my 'Red vs Green' card game, which helps children identify healthy versus unhealthy food choices in a way that sticks. With community groups, we often focus on the basics of grocery label reading. We look at common Indian pantry staples to spot hidden sugars and learn how to balance a traditional Thali for hormonal health. My sessions are designed to be interactive, ensuring you walk out with clear, usable tips that you can apply immediately in your kitchen.
