About this collection

My corporate sessions are built on the 'Desk Diet'—a strategy I developed to combat post-lunch slumps and caffeine dependency among busy professionals. Instead of generic advice, I focus on how to balance a standard cafeteria meal, swap out processed office snacks for high-energy alternatives, and manage stress-induced cortisol levels through simple, accessible dietary shifts.

I don't believe in dry presentations or complex clinical jargon. My goal is to equip your employees with tools they can use as soon as they head back to their desks.
