About FIND Festival: Expert Talks & Panels
We move past standard advice to bring in entrepreneurs, clinical psychologists, and educators who treat parenting like a dynamic design challenge. It is a space to debate real issues—from applying first-principles thinking to childhood problems, to balancing professional demands with family values—without the academic pretense.
Rethinking the Parenting Conversation
The FIND Festival is our flagship platform for challenging traditional narratives around growth and schooling. We do not believe in prescriptive parenting; instead, we curate panel discussions that offer diverse perspectives on how to build resilience, foster curiosity, and navigate the pressures of modern life with children.
Why We Host These Panels
Our sessions are built on the premise that parents are the core of a child's learning journey. When we invite founders and specialists to our Panathur campus, the goal is transparency. We discuss:
- Future-Ready Pathways: How to prepare children for roles and industries that do not exist yet by focusing on design thinking and adaptability.
- Balanced Living: Honest conversations about the 'hustle' of startup life and how it impacts family dynamics.
- Childhood Development: Moving beyond 'Why won't you listen?' to understand the emotional and psychological needs of children, often with input from medical experts.
More Than Just Talk
The festival is not just a seminar. It bridges dialogue with practice. While parents engage in masterclasses on emotional well-being or screen-time management, children are immersed in the Maker Space. We run simultaneous hands-on sessions—robotics, AI, or block-building—ensuring that while parents discuss the theory of future-ready learning, children are actively building the skills in our labs.
Whether you are exploring conscious parenting techniques or looking for ways to foster a maker mindset at home, the FIND Festival offers a community for families growing together.
