While you tackle your Sunday workout, your kids can dive into structured movement sessions right here. These are not just supervised play; we use an energetic approach—mixing dance, agility drills, and fun challenges—that helps them build coordination and confidence in a safe, monitored studio environment while you focus on your own training.

We started our 'Fit and Fun' Sundays because we wanted our gym to be a space where the whole family could thrive. For our annual members, these sessions are a complimentary benefit, designed to keep kids aged 7-15 active during their weekends.

Instead of just letting them wait in a lounge, we run actual sessions—often featuring high-energy dance, basic agility training, and age-appropriate fitness games. It is about instilling healthy habits early. When a child learns that movement can be fun rather than a chore, they are more likely to stay active as they grow.

These sessions are supervised by our team, ensuring safety while keeping the energy levels high. We typically host these every Sunday, and because space in our studio is limited to ensure quality, we do require parents to register at the reception desk in advance. It is a fantastic way to make the most of your Sunday, knowing that while you are hitting your personal best on the gym floor or enjoying our spa recovery facilities, your children are building their own strength and making friends in the process.
