About Our Clinic & Credentials
When you walk into OsteoGood, you won't find sterile hospital vibes or rushed consultations. Our clinic in New Rajinder Nagar is built specifically for active rehabilitation, with dedicated space for clinical Pilates and manual therapy equipment. We focus on providing a comfortable, focused environment where we can properly assess your movement rather than just treating you as a number in a busy ward.
My approach at OsteoGood is rooted in years of rigorous education and real-world application. I hold a Masters in Sports Physiotherapy from Guru Nanak Dev University and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Delhi, which gave me the clinical foundation to handle complex cases ranging from stroke recovery to sports injuries.
But credentials are only one part of the story. My experience on the field, including my time as the physiotherapist for the Punjab Volleyball Team, taught me that recovery isn't just about reducing pain—it is about restoring function. Whether you are dealing with a herniated disc, chronic joint pain, or post-surgical stiffness, my goal is to teach you how to move correctly so you do not have to rely on painkillers.
I have intentionally designed our clinic to be an extension of this philosophy. You will find that our setup is equipped for high-quality manual therapy, dry needling, and proprioception training. My certifications in Pilates Mat Level 1 and 2 allow me to integrate core strengthening directly into your rehab roadmap. We have served over 5000 patients in the last six years, and every one of those interactions has reinforced my belief: when you combine evidence-based medicine with personalized attention, the results are more than just better—they are lasting.
OsteoGood
I’m Dr. Sonakshi Khanna, and I founded OsteoGood because I believe physiotherapy should be about teaching you how to move, not just applying a machine for twenty minutes. My team and I focus on finding the root cause of your discomfort, and we are here to support your journey back to an active, pain-free life.
