For those who enjoy non-vegetarian food, my classic Chicken Masala is a customer favorite. I slow-cook tender chicken in a rich, aromatic gravy made with freshly ground spices for a truly satisfying meal.

I put a lot of love into my cooking, and sometimes it shows. This is my way of sending a little extra warmth with a comforting bowl of Rajma Chawal, a classic dish that always feels like a hug from home.

About Featured

You will notice that my menu is never static. Because I cook with fresh, seasonal vegetables, you might find something new in your steel tiffin every day, whether it is a nutritious peas saag or a zesty beetroot curry. I prepare everything with very little oil and absolutely no baking soda, so you get the lightness of ghar ka khana without the heaviness of restaurant food.
