I am a firm believer in complete transparency, which is why I maintain strictly separate cooking areas for my veg and non-veg meals. We use dedicated utensils and workstations for each category to ensure your food is prepared with total respect for your dietary preferences. It is a little extra effort that keeps my kitchen worry-free for you, and it ensures every meal you receive is fresh, clean, and prepared exactly as I would for my own family.
How We Keep It Real
When I started One Humble Meal, my goal wasn't to build a factory-style kitchen; it was to recreate the warmth and safety of ghar ka khana. That starts with what you don't see on your plate—the processes behind it.
- Hygiene First: I personally oversee the preparation of every tiffin. We use reusable steel containers to keep your food hot, fresh, and away from plastic chemicals.
- Weekly Rotation: To keep your palate interested, I change the menu every week. One day you might get Beetroot Parathas, and the next, a comforting bowl of Rajma with Jeera rice.
- Local Sourcing: I focus on seasonal vegetables and homemade masalas. You won't find oily, heavy restaurant gravies here; just the light, thin curries that you can eat every single day without feeling sluggish.

My kitchen is based in GM Palya, and I take pride in serving the surrounding communities. I offer free delivery within a 3km radius of CV Raman Nagar. For areas like Indiranagar, Jeevan Beema Nagar, Byrasandra, GM Palya, Tippasandra, Vigyan Nagar, LBS Nagar, and DRDO, I can definitely get your meals to you, though delivery charges may apply based on the distance.
