About The House of Champions

Our sessions are built on grit, not comfort. We train in a non-AC environment specifically to build endurance, using plyometrics, agility ladders, and consistent sparring to prepare you for the real world. Whether you are aiming for a belt promotion or a spot in the SGFI Nationals, you get the same intensity from day one.
